Blakc Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges:

At Blakc, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit and product. If you receive an incorrect item or one that doesn't fit properly, you can easily exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Here's how it works:

  • We'll arrange a pick-up for your unwanted item within 2-3 business days after your request.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags attached.
  • If the exchange request doesn't meet these conditions, it won't be processed, and the item will be sent back to you.
  • Exchange/Replacement will be delivered to you in 7 working days.

 

  • The "One-Time" Rule: > Important: An exchange for a specific order can be performed only once. Once an exchange has been completed, the product is no longer eligible for further returns or additional exchanges.

Returns:

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not happy with your Blakc purchase for any reason, you can simply return it within 7 days of delivery.

Here's how to initiate a return:

  1. Log in to "My Orders" on our website (blakc.store).
  2. Select the order and click "Return Product". *Alternatively, you can click the provided return link (once available).

Important Points to Remember:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Pick-ups will be arranged within 2-3 business days.
  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags attached. Items without tags or not in orignal packaging will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are contingent on meeting the above conditions. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.
  • In case of a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us a photo of the issue for faster processing. Delayed notification may result in a denied return request.
  • If your order included a free gift item, it must be returned along with the original product to be eligible for a full refund. In case the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift item will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Please note: Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are often used and sent back.

Refund Policy:

Refund Amount:

  • COD Charges: The COD charge paid during your order will be deducted from your refund.
  • Cancellation Orders: A 5% Fee will be deducted if an order is cancelled. Of payment gateway and platform charges. If the Product is shipped and Returned. Shipping Charges will be deducted.
  • Free Gift Return: If your order included a free gift item, it must be returned along with the original product to be eligible for a full refund. In case the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift item will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Reverse Pick-Up Fee: An additional ₹100 reverse pick-up fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Gift Card Refunds: If you choose a refund to you via Gift Card, the full amount (excluding COD charges) will be credited without a deduction for the reverse pick-up fee.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refunded amount will be credited to the same account used for the initial purchase. Once we receive the returned item, processing takes 1-2 business days. The funds will appear in your account within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: The refund will be issued as store credits once your return is approved. The credits will be added to your account within 2 business days and can be used for future purchases on our store.
  • Wallet Method: We'll notify you via email if you provide incorrect bank details. If we don't receive a response within 7 days, the amount will be transferred to your Blakc wallet.
  • E-wallet Refunds: Refunds to your Blakc wallet will be credited within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Important: Once a refund is processed to your Blakc wallet, it cannot be reversed to your bank account.
  • Used or Damaged Returns: Any used or inappropriate item received in a return will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:

If your pin code doesn't allow for return pick-up, you'll need to arrange self-courier to our designated warehouse address.
